At Naybooks, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including eBooks and audiobooks, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Incompatibility with devices not listed or supported
If you experience a technical issue or do not receive your digital product, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive access to your purchase.
2. Physical Books
If your physical book arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product
- A refund
- Store credit
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate solution.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or shipping carriers
- Normal wear or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the usability of the product
- Requests made outside the applicable return period
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment has been confirmed and delivery has begun.
Physical book orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
